It feels great to have creative dialogues, business discussions, customer meetings, and above all, to meet all the wonderful new people we have hired!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><div class=\"flex flex-grow flex-col max-w-full\">\r\n<div class=\"min-h-[20px] text-message flex flex-col items-start whitespace-pre-wrap break-words [.text-message+&amp;]:mt-5 juice:w-full juice:items-end overflow-x-auto gap-2\" dir=\"auto\" data-message-author-role=\"assistant\" data-message-id=\"e81bbaa2-a641-4a22-a1cc-bbc28d43b79d\">\r\n<div class=\"flex w-full flex-col gap-1 juice:empty:hidden juice:first:pt-[3px]\">\r\n<div class=\"markdown prose w-full break-words dark:prose-invert dark\">\r\n<h2>Can you tell us a bit more about your new role at Empir Industry?<\/h2>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>I am taking on a role as the overall manager for our existing and future business areas within infrastructure for industrial operations such as factories and warehouses: Infrastructure and Application Operations, Infrastructure Projects, and TRUE Factory Support.\r\n\r\nIn the future, we will likely see offerings in cybersecurity as well, which is a dear area and very important in the industrial environments out there.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>My focus will be on personnel\/leadership, delivery quality, finance, and sales. A common theme in what we do is to create long-term solutions that provide value for both the customer and Empir Industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Right now, we are looking for more employees. Why do you think people should apply to Empir Industry?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Empir Industry is a growing company with a big heart and great development opportunities for those who are driven by it.
