They help companies conduct independent assessments of the employee experience, known as the Trust Index, as well as the Culture Audit, which is a description of the cultural frameworks documented by the management team. Achieving sufficiently high results in both the Trust Index and Culture Audit evaluations qualifies a company for certification as a Great Place To Work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For the second consecutive year, Empir Industry is certified as a Great Place To Work, and we are, of course, incredibly happy about this!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A certification marks an excellent workplace as one where you TRUST the people you work for, feel PRIDE in what you do, and ENJOY the people you work with.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;We are, of course, incredibly proud to have been named a Great Place To Work for the third consecutive year.
