With their cutting-edge technology, they want to change the future of clean energy. Empir Industry was commissioned to deliver the digital production system to Azelio. The system will be run in two of their production facilities. For example, in the new high-volume production that Azelio set up in Uddevalla, where Stirling engines are manufactured for shipping worldwide. Furthermore, the system was implemented in their test and development facility in \u00c5m\u00e5l.<br><br>The delivery was completed in the autumn of 2021. Empir Industry&#8217;s Manufacturing Execution System (MES), helps Azelio produce solutions to facilitate the transition from fossil electricity production to sustainable alternatives such as solar and wind. Azelio chose a comprehensive system that ensures traceability and quality in the production flow combined with direct operator support, such as digital instructions, material calls, cycle times and andon alarms.<br><br>By helping operators and machines to get the correct information at the right time, quality assurance and on-boarding are facilitated and contribute to increased flexibility. There is, for example, connected equipment such as screwdrivers, pick to light, test equipment, cameras, etc. and instructions that are adapted to experience and qualifications.<br><br>At the same time, the information flow is secured by connecting the systems so that, for example, business systems, production systems, BI and logistics solutions and more communicate as a &#8220;one-connected system&#8221;. MES also enables preparation, order and change management as well as flexible start and stop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201d<em>In the beginning, we had to work to convince the management why we needed an MES system. Now it\u00b4s the other way around. Everyone sees the benefits, even the other departments, which is great.
