This is because P\u00e5gen is growing and the market demands fresh Swedish bread early in the day, baked the previous night.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Empir Industry delivers the digital part, Manufacturing Execution System, MES for the expansion of the bakery&#8217;s customer order pick together with Teamster AB, which has the overall commitment.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The solution will handle prioritization and sorting of large volumes of bread around the clock.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cWe are very happy and proud to have gotten the confidence to deliver the MES solution, which will be a powerful tool and a key component in production with a direct relationship to the customer&#8217;s business and sales order system. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It also shows the strength of collaboration where several players can work together with their special areas in the same delivery.
