One of the biggest gains has been the dramatically reduced training time for new assemblers. Previously, it could take up to 10 days to train staff on a new station – now it can be done in as little as 2 hours. This means faster onboarding, greater team flexibility, and less pressure on experienced employees. Another time-saving benefit is that they can now set up new lines and prepare new products without even needing to contact us.
