We’ve had a close and successful collaboration with Parker in Borås for seven years, with the goal of creating the most efficient workflow possible. This close partnership has resulted in improved quality, shorter training times, and increased autonomy in production.

At Parker, efficiency and quality are top priorities. By standardizing the MES across their new assembly lines, Parker has not only improved traceability and control – they’ve also achieved something many can only dream of: zero assembly errors wherever the system is implemented.

Behind this result is a smart and well-integrated production flow, where sequential instructions, AI Vision, Pick-to-Light, and connected tools work seamlessly together.

A system that saves time and money

One of the biggest gains has been the dramatically reduced training time for new assemblers. Previously, it could take up to 10 days to train staff on a new station – now it can be done in as little as 2 hours. This means faster onboarding, greater team flexibility, and less pressure on experienced employees. Another time-saving benefit is that they can now set up new lines and prepare new products without even needing to contact us.
