Welcome to Empir Industry, Michaela!

How has your first time at Empir Industry been?

Exciting! Both Anders and Daniel are excellent role models and managers.

The team I’m responsible for is large, and the consulting delivery approach to one of Sweden’s largest employers is a challenge for all involved parties.

Can you tell me more about your career up until today?

I have a long career in the industry where I’ve held various roles. In recent years, I’ve primarily worked as a Project or Program Manager at several of Sweden’s leading industrial companies. However, my career began as a Factory Support Manager back in 1999, so it feels like closing the loop and being a part of Empir Industry’s journey while leading the development of the business.

What will your role at Empir Industry be?

Consulting Manager and responsible for delivering consultants to Factory Support for a major client with multiple locations in Sweden.

Lastly, what do you do in your free time when you’re not working?

I spend it at my vacation home in Orust, playing lousy golf, riding Icelandic horses, and most importantly, spending time with family and friends.
