Interview with Peter Söderberg

Peter is one of our most experienced consulting managers. He builds up and develops Empir Industry’s operations within system development. Peter is calm, stubborn, with a lot of humor, and a safe leader to lean on in all situations. Here you get to know him a little better:

Can you tell us a little about who you are and what you are doing in Empir Industry?

Peter Söderberg, is almost 60 years old with a wife and 2 daughters who have flown out. They live in Sjövik but originally come from northern Sweden. At work, I am the head of “systems”, meaning I have about 15 people for whom I am responsible – mainly system developers and some technicians.

What are you particularly passionate about right now?

That the employees should enjoy themselves and that we will start with regular meetings again after the pandemic. That we manage to replace those who leave with new forces that can lift the company a notch.

What do you do in your spare time when you are not working?

Growing chilies, fishing, spending a lot of time in Lysekil, and looking for unnecessary technical gadgets that you might need.
