How did operations work before Empir Industry’s inputs?
– Before the service was introduced, IT problems could arise easily and then Volvo Cars production dropped. It was even more difficult for us to deal with changes in production or in the business, says Bo Persson, IT Manager at Volvo Cars.
What positive effects have you seen with the Application Operation service?
– The service has provided stability and availability. The purpose of the implementation was to keep the production process free from problems, but we got a lot more. Empir Industry has become a close partner who can provide advice on systems from an operational and change perspective.
