Interview with Mikael Hedlund

How does it feel to be back?

I think it’s very exciting to be back at Empir Industry. It feels great to have creative dialogues, business discussions, customer meetings, and above all, to meet all the wonderful new people we have hired!

Can you tell us a bit more about your new role at Empir Industry?

I am taking on a role as the overall manager for our existing and future business areas within infrastructure for industrial operations such as factories and warehouses: Infrastructure and Application Operations, Infrastructure Projects, and TRUE Factory Support. In the future, we will likely see offerings in cybersecurity as well, which is a dear area and very important in the industrial environments out there.

My focus will be on personnel/leadership, delivery quality, finance, and sales. A common theme in what we do is to create long-term solutions that provide value for both the customer and Empir Industry.
